These rules apply to all common areas within Carat by RH Privé, aiming to ensure safety, cleanliness, and mutual respect among all users.
- Access is restricted to property owners and their authorized guests.
- The use of any common area implies acceptance of its specific rules and the general regulations.
- The following are strictly prohibited:

- Smoking in enclosed or covered areas.

- Playing loud music or causing disruptive noise.
-
- Reserving spaces or furniture without permission.
-
- Bringing pets into non-authorized areas.
- All users must leave the areas as they were found.
- Common furniture must not be moved from its designated area.
- Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the owner or user.
- The concierge and management staff may take preventive measures in the case of misuse.
COWORKING & PRIVATE MEETING ROOMS
- The coworking space is open 24/7 for use by property owners.
- Two private meeting rooms are available and must be booked through the reservation system.
- The reservation form must be completed before using these rooms. It is available through the concierge.
- The space must be left in the same condition of cleanliness and order.
- Moving furniture without prior authorization is not allowed.
- It is not permitted to tamper with the climate control system or modify temperature or ventilation settings without authorization.
If a change is needed, it must be requested through the concierge.
CINEMA ROOM
- The reservation form must be requested and signed via the concierge.

- Use community streaming accounts: Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and Prime Video.

- Connect their personal devices using the available ports.
- The cinema system is programmed to log out automatically after each session, though users are advised to verify manually.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring in food, glass containers, smoke, or tamper with technical equipment.
- It is not permitted to tamper with the climate control system or modify temperature or ventilation settings without authorization.
If a change is needed, it must be requested through the concierge.
- All owners will be responsible to cover any damage or cleaning fees after use of the cinema room.
OUTDOOR POOL
- The pool includes two separate areas:

- A children’s pool (for small children only). 40 cm depth

- A pool for adults and accompanied children. 1.50 m depth
- Sunbeds, umbrellas, and outdoor showers are available for communal use.
- Opening hours: 10:00 to 22:00, from May 1st to September 30th.
- No lifeguard is present; use is under individual responsibility.
- In accordance with Article 27 of Decree 23/1999, please note:

- Do not hang towels or items on glass railings.

- Inflatables, balls, and similar toys are prohibited.

- Reserving sunbeds is not allowed.

- No food or glass containers are permitted.

- Diving is prohibited (maximum depth: 1.5 m).

- Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Rules are also posted on-site.
- Please respect the space and leave it clean after use.
COMMON BATHROOMS (POOL, COWORKING, CINEMA)
- Bathrooms must be kept clean after each use.
- Personal items must not be left inside.
- Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately to the concierge.
- Bathrooms are not to be used for non-designated purposes.
CHILL OUT AREA & POOL BAR
- This space includes designer furniture, an outdoor bar, and a vertical garden, as well as multiple electrical outlets.
- It is open for general use by property owners, with the condition that it is respected and maintained.
- It may also be reserved for private events under the following conditions:

- A responsibility and reservation form must be signed, available from the concierge.

- A cleaning fee of €200 will be charged if the space is not returned to its original state by the users.Events must end no later than 00:00 (midnight).

- All damages, defects or incidents will be the responsibility of the booking owner and may result in financial penalties imposed by the community.

- The use of external sound systems is not allowed without prior approval. Requests to use external sound systems must be submitted no less than 72 hours prior to the event for review by the community. Each owner will be responsible for installing and removing their own sound systems for approved events.

WELLNESS AREA
The wellness area is designed for relaxation and wellness. To ensure its proper use, safety, and comfort, the following rules apply:
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The entire area is climate-controlled. Exterior doors must remain closed.
- It is not permitted to tamper with the climate control system or modify temperature or ventilation settings without authorization.
If a change is needed, it must be requested through the concierge.
- Showering before using any facility is mandatory.
- Children under 12 are not allowed.
- No food or drink allowed, except water in non-glass containers.
- Access is reserved exclusively for owners and their authorized guests.
- Street shoes are not allowed.
- Misuse, tampering with equipment, or violation of rules may result in temporary suspension of access and financial penalties.
INDOOR HEATED POOL
- Use is limited to relaxation and light swimming.
- Jumping, running, or playing is prohibited.
- Children over 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Children under 12 are strictly prohibited.
- No inflatables or toys are allowed.
JACUZZI (MAX. 6 PERSONS)
- Maximum 30 minutes per session.
- Not to be used by more than 6 people simultaneously.
- Enter only after showering, wear appropriate swimwear.
- No oils, soaps, or products allowed.
- Not recommended for pregnant women or people with heart conditions.
SAUNA AND HAMMAM (MAX. 4 PERSONS)
- Reservation required through the concierge.
- Nudity is strictly prohibited. Swimsuit and towel are mandatory.
- Do not adjust temperature or humidity controls.
- Recommended maximum use: 15 minutes.
- Maintain silence and respect.
- Opening hours match concierge hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00–14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 09:00–17:00
CONTRAST SHOWER
- Recommended before or after hammam, sauna, or jacuzzi.
- Alternate between hot and cold water.
- No cosmetics or soaps allowed.
- Leave the shower clean after use.
SALT CAVE
- Reservation required through the concierge.
- Only the concierge is trained and authorized to manage treatments.
- No access without appropriate footwear (barefoot or with shoe covers).
- Usage time and treatment type will be indicated by the concierge.

- Monday to Friday: 10:00–14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 09:00–17:00
MASSAGE ROOM
- Access only via reservation with the concierge.
- Equipped with a massage bed and side cabinet.

LOCKERS – SPA & GYM
- Lockers are for use only during time in the facilities.
- At 20:00, the concierge will check and empty all lockers.
- Long-term use or overnight storage is not allowed.
- Do not store valuables; management is not responsible for losses.
GYM
The gym at Carat by RH Privé has been designed as a modern, exclusive, and technologically advanced space, tailored for the comprehensive training needs of property owners. Its use is governed by the following rules, aimed at ensuring safety, respect, and the proper functioning of the facilities.
The gym is divided into three distinct areas:
- Cardio and General Weight training Area
- Equipped with state-of-the-art machines for aerobic exercise.
- Free Weight and Physiotherapy Area (Cristian Dior Edition)
- High-end strength training and free weight equipment.
- Interactive Room with Technogym Kiosk
- Space for individual or guided classes using interactive sessions.

- The Technogym Kiosk allows access to personalized routines, virtual workouts, and specific programs.
MANAGED VIA TECHNOGYM APP
The entire gym is managed through the Technogym App, which has an exclusive interface for Carat users.
Owners are strongly encouraged to download and use this app to:
- Activate and personalize equipment.
- Track their workout routines.
- Access virtual programs and premium content.
The concierge staff is available to assist with registration or initial setup of the app.
GENERAL GYM RULES
- Access is exclusive to owners and their authorized guests.
- It is prohibited to move any equipment. If weights, mats, or medicine balls are moved from it’s designated area, it must be returned at the end of the training session.
- Minimum age for access is 16 years (minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult).
- Appropriate sportswear and a personal towel are mandatory.
- All equipment must be disinfected after use (cleaning product is provided in the room).
- The following are not permitted:
- Moving equipment from its original location.
- Bringing food or beverages (except water in non-glass containers).
- Using external speakers or altering the kiosk settings.
- Training sessions must be conducted individually and respectfully toward others.
- The gym should be kept relatively quiet and free from disturbances.
- Any malfunction or incident must be reported immediately to the concierge.
LOBBY LOCKERS
Lockers located in the lobby are available to support temporary logistical needs for property owners.
- Exclusive use for short-term storage, e.g., picking up or dropping off items.
- Not to be used for long-term storage, moving, or storing personal items permanently.
- Lockers are available during the day only; the concierge will inspect and empty unauthorized contents at 20:00h.
- The concierge staff is not responsible for valuables left inside lockers.
- Misuse or repeated violations may result in restricted access to this service.
