The concierge service at Carat by RH Privé is available exclusively to property owners. Its purpose is to provide personalized assistance within the community and support with day-to-day matters related to the maintenance and use of the comunal area.

 

Below is a detailed outline of the services provided:

 1. Common Areas and Wellness Facilities

  • Management of reservations for the salt cave, massage room, gym, and other communal wellness areas.
  • Coordination of professional massage therapists on request.
  • Supervision of correct use and maintenance of all community amenities.
  • Reporting of any issues or maintenance needs in shared areas.
 

2. Parcel and Mail Handling

  • Secure reception of packages, mail, and deliveries.
  • Delivery to the residence or temporary safe keeping.
 

3. Keyholding

  • Secure key holding service.
  • Controlled access for service providers, authorized visitors, or maintenance personnel.
  • Creation and cancellation of virtual keys for access to common areas (Openow).
  • Assistance with property access when necessary.
 

4. Reservations and arrangements for transportation, services, and leisure

  • Booking of private transfers with driver.
  • Coordination of premium or standard vehicle rentals.
  • Arrangement of services such as laundry and dry cleaning.
  • Reservations at hotels, restaurants, and beach clubs.
  • Management of tickets for events, shows, and exclusive experiences.
 

TERMS OF USE

  • The concierge
    service is free of charge for property owners, provided that:
    • Tasks are carried out within the property or in the communal areas.
    • They do not involve the purchase of goods or external service arrangements.
  • In case of purchases or external bookings, owners must pay the provider directly.
  • During working hours, the concierge is not permitted to leave the premises to carry out personal or external errands on behalf of owners.
